RMM stands for Remote Monitoring and Management and refers to software platforms that enable IT administrators and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to remotely monitor and manage their clients' IT systems, even when they're not physically on-site. 

This dashboard is a part of the RMM tools that allow us to monitor your devices (like the IQWORKS Company shown below).

Here, on the left pane you can see the sites that belong to the IQWORKS Company.

On the north pane you can see it shows Mixed devices as opposed to just servers, workstations, mobile devices etc.

For device IQWORKS120 Server, the south pane is showing all of information that pertains only to IQWORKS120.
