Email alerts are real time and mostly generated by Checks.

The email alerts are an different type of email than the daily, weekly or other automated reports. These email alerts can happen several times a day.

The alert system is created to keep you informed about the results that checks produce. There are checks that run once a day and checks that run several times a day.

In some cases, checks can be annoying. You will get tired of getting some checks where nothing actually happens to your machine. You can request to stop getting emails and texts about these, no problem.

Some alerts are more important than others. But all alerts give you information for consideration. We start our clients out with the alerts we think are important.

You can get alerts in either an email or an SMS (text message).

When you have our limited dashboard service, you can go into your dashboard and see more detailed information about these check alerts. Or, if you have our full MSP service, we will probably be aware about these before you do and we will be looking at the ones that can or will cause issues with your computer devices.
